What you do :

• Develop new products (Beverage/Dairy) by conducting lab-scale trials, pilot trials, and applications on production machines
• Prepare panel test and report the result
• Ensure that all necessary tests have been carried out properly, for the development of the product
• Perform process validation and verification of measuring instruments, weighing equipment, and processes including mixing, filling, and packing.
• Improve existing products improve existing products, both formulas and processes, alternative raw materials and reduce costs
• Create and propose Procedures or Work Instructions required for Halal Certification and necessary documentation to carry out research and development functions to the OEM Manager
• Create standard documents and data, specifications, reporting, etc. for production preparation
• Organize documents for product registration purposes
• Monitoring and record for incoming sample materials and packaging materials.
