Role Purpose
The Training Supervisor is responsible for managing, organizing, and evaluating employee training and development programs to ensure effective human resources development in alignment with the established curriculum and the company\'s current and future business needs.

Job Description :

  • Design training programs based on needs analysis.
  • Coordinate with departments to align training with business needs (Soft Skills & Product Knowledge).
  • Develop content, objectives, and methods.
  • Analyze employee learning data and report training needs.
  • Review and communicate plans with stakeholders.
  • Organize and lead training sessions (both technical and soft skills training)
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs by tracking learning outcomes and business impact.
  • Provide regular progress reports (weekly/monthly/quarterly) to management, highlighting key results and areas for improvement.
