About the Role

As a Document Controller, you will carry out document control activities, both in business units and functions, to meet the requirements for implementing regulations/standardization, or in accordance with company needs.

Responsibility :

• Carrying out document control activities, starting from document adequacy, document validity, document distribution, document storage, to document destruction.
• Ensure that the physical and system archiving of documents is in accordance with the Master List Document recording and update the Master List Document whenever there is an addition, change, withdrawal or destruction of documents.
• Coordinating with related parties in preparing Management Reviews, including: sending invitations, preparing materials, and taking minutes during Management Reviews.
• Carrying out follow-up to all relevant departments regarding the follow-up actions decided in the Management Review and ensuring updates in the next Management Review.
• Ensure the external audit schedule and coordinate preparations with all departments that will be auditees in the external audit and carry out follow-up on follow-up findings in the external audit.
• Collect Quality Objective (QO) data reports and QO update reports in each department.
• Checking the adequacy of documents and conducting outreach to all relevant users for each SOP, WI and the latest form (update) so that this information is conveyed to interested parties.
• Carry out work in accordance with K3LL requirements and safe work methods that apply to each job, including the use of appropriate safety equipment.
• Responsible for reporting accidents or incidents or dangerous/unsafe conditions to his superiors
