What you will do
Currently, we are looking for someone who can fill the position of Government Relations Manager. In general, you need to lead a business team by providing guidance, training, and mentorship; setting sales quotas, goals, and plans; analyzing data. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets within the government sector.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities with federal, state, and local government agencies.

Continually developing Cakap\'s employer’s brand and building increasing awareness in the market place.

Generating and seeking out potential new opportunities in government sectors.

Evaluating new opportunities to ensure resources focus on the best opportunities.

Managing proposals, submissions, and bids

Monitoring competitors and reviewing your employer’s offering in light of competitors developments.

Participating in new business contract negotiations.
Requirements and specifications
In order to carry out the obligations well, we need someone who has specific knowledge and abilities in a specific area. To make it easier, there are:

Bachelor’s degree in business management or equivalent.

Fluency in both written and spoken English.

Experience with planning and implementing sales strategies; customer relationship management; managing and directing government sales team.

Strong communication skills in a multicultural environment.

Interest in creating social impact through Indonesia\'s education.

Familiarity with the startup industry.

Minimum 8 years of experience in Government Sales in supervisory level.

Strong in analytical and numbers.
