• Develop and execute the overall education strategy aligned with the Cakap\'s goals and objectives.
• Identify trends and innovations in education technology to enhance our offerings.
• Lead and mentor a team of education professionals, providing guidance and support for their professional development.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture.
• Conduct necessary researches and stay updated on industry trends and best practices to incorporate into training initiatives.
• Oversee the creation and enhancement of Cakap course, ensuring alignment with curriculum standards and pedagogical best practices.
• Collaborate with course developers and designers to create engaging and effective learning materials.
• Establish and maintain quality assurance processes for courses, assessments, and learning experiences.
• Conduct regular reviews and assessments to ensure content relevance and effectiveness.
• Cultivate and manage relationships with educational institutions, organizations, and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities for partnerships and collaborations.
• Utilize data analytics to measure the impact of educational programs and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
• Generate regular reports on department OKR and metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Have 5+ years experience as Education Manager in Early Childhood Education Academy is preferred.
• Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in curriculum development and educational technology.
• Budgeting and financial management skills.
• Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
