We are looking for Internal Auditor to assist in the execution of financial and operational audits to ensure compliance with established policies and procedures, and to identify potential areas for improvement.

Job Role:

Audit Planning and Preparation:

• Assist in developing audit objectives, plans, and scopes.
• Gather and analyze relevant information to support audit activities.
• Prepare audit workpapers and documentation in accordance with audit standards.

Audit Execution:

• Conduct testing and evaluations of financial and operational controls.
• Identify risks and deficiencies in processes and controls.
• Document findings and recommendations clearly and concisely.

Reporting:

• Assist in preparing audit reports that communicate audit results and recommendations.
• Present findings to audit management and stakeholders as needed.
• Follow up on audit findings to ensure timely resolution and implementation of corrective actions.

Compliance and Policy Adherence:

• Ensure audits are conducted in compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
• Stay updated on changes in auditing standards and regulations.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Work closely with audit team members to achieve audit objectives.
• Collaborate with other departments to gather information and resolve audit issues.
• Communicate audit results and recommendations effectively with auditees.

Continuous Improvement:

• Participate in initiatives to enhance audit processes and methodologies.
• Recommend improvements to internal controls and operational processes based on audit findings.
