Job Description:

  • Evaluate trainers and their classes on a daily basis.
  • Coaching and mentoring to trainers.
  • Make sure classes run according to Cakap standard classroom execution.
  • Make a report on the evaluation.
  • Conduct training, particularly if a need for specific skills or knowledge enhancement are identified.
  • Ensure the quality and effectiveness of classes are maintained and improved over time.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in education, vocational training, or a related discipline.
  • Experience in TVET.
  • Training and assessment certification, which demonstrate expertise in evaluating and coaching.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Analytical skills to analyze training programs, identify areas for improvement, and recommend solutions.
  • Industry expertise to understand skills and competencies for Prakerja courses.
  • Collaborative skills.
