Job Description:
- Evaluate trainers and their classes on a daily basis.
- Coaching and mentoring to trainers.
- Make sure classes run according to Cakap standard classroom execution.
- Make a report on the evaluation.
- Conduct training, particularly if a need for specific skills or knowledge enhancement are identified.
- Ensure the quality and effectiveness of classes are maintained and improved over time.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in education, vocational training, or a related discipline.
- Experience in TVET.
- Training and assessment certification, which demonstrate expertise in evaluating and coaching.
- Strong communication skills
- Analytical skills to analyze training programs, identify areas for improvement, and recommend solutions.
- Industry expertise to understand skills and competencies for Prakerja courses.
- Collaborative skills.
